Alot of publishers are getting ban out of AdSense when they have committed nothing wrong to
deserve any type of punishment. Many are left wondering what they have done wrong and what can they do to
get back in Adsense grace. Below is a few steps that you can take to try to get back in AdSense and also how to
minimize the chances of this problem becoming yours.

getting back into adsense graceClick fraud is the most common reason publishers are getting kicked out of AdSense. Most web hosts offer
server logs, if your web host offers access to server logs make sure you hand this over to Google as well. This
will allow Google to look for any suspicious activity on your web site. It shows Google that you take this
problem seriously and will help them in anyway you can.

It’s also important to have a click monitoring program, you should turn over all the information you receive
from your click monitoring program to Google. You may want to go so far as disabling ads for your own IP
address and local geographic area. This prevents accidents and makes sure Google doesn’t mistake any another
user as you. Don’t ask your visitors to click on your ads, Google’s TOS (Terms Of Service) makes it clear that
this is not allowed and isn’t tolerated.

Make sure you are not placing the ads on web pages with no content. AdSense shouldn’t be displayed in
pop-ups or pop-unders. They may also not be placed on web pages published specifically for the purpose of
showing ads. Google has employees that watch for this and if they find out you are in fact breaking any of
those rules it will likely result in you being kicked out of the program. If you have done any of that remove the
ads, so that you are following the rules.

Your web site should also be following Google’s webmaster guidelines and should not be using SEO methods
that are considered spam. This means you shouldn’t be hiding text or links, using cloaking and keyword
stuffing. Also you shouldn’t create multiple web pages or domains with the same content. You can view the
guidelines by visiting this URL http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html.

Tell Google about any circumstances where you might have clicked on your own ads or otherwise something
that’s against the TOS. Be honest and straight forward about anything you may have done that was wrong. If
you lie they may already know or learn about it later on and you will never get back in if that’s the case. So be
honest and straight forward about everything!

Contact Google, don’t just send them a random email, they get those everyday. Be polite and straight forward.
Offer anything to them that may help them investigate the problem further more. Tell Google you are sorry and
why this situation won’t happen again. It’s important to point out the steps you have taken to prevent this from
happening again in the future, such as blocking certain IP numbers, no more clicking on your ads or tracking
the ads.

How to minimize the chances of you getting kicked out of Google AdSense.

The first step you need to take is disable ads for your own IP address, this insures that AdSense won’t be
displayed to you, which helps prevent accidents happening again. You can do this via a .htaccess file. You may
also want to consider doing the same thing for IP numbers coming from your local geographic area. Google
may mistake this as you clicking on your own ads or that you are telling friends or family to do it for you.

Don’t tell any of your family or friends about AdSense on your web site. They may click on your ads to help
you make more money without knowing that they could be doing more harm to you than good. And if a family
member or friend somehow learn about AdSense, make sure they understand that they can’t click on your ads
under any circumstance what so ever.

If you don’t already have click monitoring software you really need one bad. There’s no reason why you can’t
get one because most of them are free. Remember to report any activity that’s odd. This shows Google you too
are fighting against click fraud and are not part of it. Study your server logs and watch for any activity that’s
suspicious. As you should do with the click monitoring software, you should also report anything that’s odd to
them.

And most importantly! Do not say anything negative about Google or their privacy policies in your blog while running AdSense on the site!
